This project demonstrates a "scan-to-render" pipeline designed for high-end product visualization. Starting with a physical luxury leather bag, I captured a comprehensive dataset of photographs to reconstruct the geometry using photogrammetry techniques. Once the 3D raw model was generated, I performed retopology and texture projection to ensure high-fidelity material reproduction, capturing the subtle imperfections and grain of the leather. The asset was then placed in a virtual studio environment with a custom lighting setup to enhance the form, and finally composited in Photoshop for color grading and sharpness.
